Web Sites with Data for Kids

Federal Government Kids' Page
Links to different government agencies that collect and report statistics of interest to students from elementary to high school. A good place to start a search.
National Center for Education Statistics
The student's portion of the National Center for Education Statistics, an agency of the US government. The site contains data about American education, areas to build graphs, surveys to complete, and other statistics-related activities.

Information from the US Census, including some historical information. Check the site yourself before sending students-there's a lot of data here! There is a
section for students.
