Help/Support

The IT Help Desk serves the WPS staff on technical issues related to hardware, software and networking.

The preferred method to contact the help desk is by Email:

7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday - Friday

To expedite a response please include the following information:

Subject: Location - Building (ex: HS), Rm#, Problem (ex. Projector)

Include in the body of the Email:

~ Red Tag ID number

~ PC, MAc, Printer, etc.

~Detailed description of the problem
